Before Reading

Going in, I didn’t know much about the story initially. I heard it was a fantasy series based at a vampire school with the enemies-to-lovers trope. It doesn’t take much for a book to grab my attention. Once you mention magic schools it’s on my TBR regardless of what else I may know.

I wasn’t eager to pick up thus book after the disappointment of Vampire Academy but I figured it was time to give vampires another chance. After being on my Goodreads Want To Read list for almost 3 years, we are finally here.
